Hi!

So the exact GPU I have is the RX 5700XT Sapphire Nitro+. It is a very high quality RX 5700XT and I dont want zero rpm mode on because even if the GPU fans are on, I do not even hear them. So every time I reboot my PC my zero rpm mode inside the amd software gets switched back to on. I was playing a game with zero rpm mode on and for some reason it was zero rpm the entire time, my GPU was getting very hot. So does anyone know how I can turn this off without it always turning back on?
Thanks!

Same problem on 5600 XT.
I fixed it with disabling "Fast boot" mode in windows.
And also i've extracted "good" driver settings to file, to import them any time this problem appeals again.

Sad thing, that at rare cases of memory crash, drivers again will set zero RPM mode to ON, and RPM % to 25%, which is kinda dangerous cause of overheating.
