[SOLVED] turn on all cpu cores in BIOS or UEFI

hey i have a i5 4690 witch is a 4 core cpu but when i look in task manager it say i only have 1 core and it also says i only have 1 in msconfig but under device manager it shows all 4 is there a way i can make all of them work in BIOS or UEFI im not sure what to call it i have a gigabyte ga b85 hd3
ruining GIGABYTE UEFI DualBIOS or something.

its fine now thank you for all the help what i did was reset the bios by taking out the battery on the motherboard for a minute then put it back in and loaded optimized defaults if you are going to do it the same way as me please be very careful taking out the battery because with my mother board u need to use a screw driver and i acedently hit my motherboard with it pretty hard dont be me haha
