Turn On pc and Nothing Happens

When i turn on my pc nothing happens , no lights ,no fans spinning , and i don't hear a beep sound. I already try troubleshooting the PSU using the paper clip and it is working, and also i try removing all the wirings except from Power SW in front panel, 1 RAM , CPU, and PSU. still nothing happens. Can you help me?

Motherboard : Emaxx a55gt-icafe
Power supply : ATX-500W

Can i use any kinds of PSU? if not,What PSU are compatible in Emaxx a55gt-cafe? how many watts/needed ?what PSU i need to buy?
How can i troubleshoot my MOTHERBOARD if its working.

The MB is the FM1 socket MB, you can use any atx format PSU from 300W or up, if you use the onboard iGPU only. If you don't have compatible cpu, you either ask your friend or go to local PC shop to test the MB.

I ask my friend to test the MB and it is working. so the problem is in my PSU? what PSU do i need to buy?thanks for helping btw

Sorry, because I don't know your budget and where you shop for the PSU. So check the PSU tier list http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html , buy one ( 300W or more wattage) is at least tier 3 or up.
Also go to http://pcpartpicker.com to find the deal.
