turn on usb port without a keyboard

I was following instructions from another blog while trying to fix my computer and made the stupid move of turning off my USB functions through my BIOS, I don't know how to turn them back on with out my keyboard or mouse. And I can't turn them back and can't get back to the BIOS. Any suggestions?

Reset the BIOS. Unplug the machine, then pop off the little round battery (this provides backup power to the CMOS chip that stores BIOS settings and keeps the time)

This will bring everything back to default BIOS settings (also it will set the time back, so you'll have to reset the clock)
