Turn USB Dual Bay Hard Drive Dock into Raid 0 (possible)?

As per mentioned in the subject line, I have an USB Dual Bay Hard Drive Dock and I would like to know if I can use it for RAID 0 storage via software.
Can it be done in both Windows and Mac environment?

You should be able to create a Raid array with the hard drive dock as long as the drives are seen in the disk management software in both OS's. It depends I've found out on the controller of the USB dock/external enclosure.
