[SOLVED] Turn USB power off when pc is off

Hi, I´m thinking about building a new mini itx pc with a H310M-ITX motherboard, but it´s important that when I turn the pc off the power stops coming out of the usb´s so my cabinet fans also stop.
I´ve looked through the manual http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/H310M-ITXac.pdf
but can´t seem to find where this configuration can be changed.
Can anybody help me?

it should be in bios
i dont have this board, so cant say exact setting location (gui)
but i have checked your bios rom and there it is:
advanced\chipset configuration\deep sleep
advanced\PCH-IO configuration\deep sleep

Enter the BIOS, go to Advanced, Chipset Configuration and set "Deep S5" or Deep Sleep (C6) to Enabled.
