Turned on my PC after minutes and now it won't work

I was just using my PC, turned it off for like 7mins and now I turn it now, seeing a red led on the mobo indicating CPU, this literally just happened and this is like the 57th time I turn on the computer, I have a i7 7700k paired with a Corsair H115i Pro, Aorus Gaming k5 Z270x mobo, DDR4 2400mhz 8gb Corsair Vengeance, what just happened?!

I would try realign in the CPU in the socket.If that doesn't work it could be a problem with the Mobo or CPU.If you have another CPU that fits it I would try it
