Hey all,
So about 3 weeks ago I posted an issue where I had quite a frequent issue whereby my PC would just reboot when it was supposed to wake from sleep: https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...after-trying-to-wake-from-sleep-mode.3815551/
Someone there suggested turning off XMP, thankfully their advice worked as for the past 3 weeks I no longer have the issue.
Now that I have found out that it is due to XMP, I'm seeking advice how I can figure out the root cause, for e.g could it be due to power being too low for the RAMs? In the best case scenario I would like to get the most out of my RAM as advertised by turning on XMP.

My build is as follows:
Intel i7-13700K
ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-F
G SKILL TRIDENT Z5 RGB 6000MHz 16GB x 2
WD BLACK SN850X 2TB
ASUS 4070TI TUF GAMING
BE QUIET! DARK ROCK PRO 4 250W COOLER
SILVERSTONE HELA 850W 80+ PLATINUM PCIe5.0 FULL MODULAR PSU
ARCTIC P12-120MM FAN

Your XMP setting is OC for CPU, you have 5600mhz max. for DDR5, you get near 0% performance gains from +400mhz OC. Do not rate memory by MB capability, but by CPU, lowest speed rules for stability.
Want faster RAM response ? Buy 5600mhz Ram with better CL/CAS latency.
You can use yours, just dial down the XMP to 5600mhz.
