Question Turning On takes time

Hello, whenever i want to turn on my pc, i had to turn on and off the power plug
many times until i can turn on my pc. It takes about 10 times for me to do this.
What is the problem? Should i change the power supplies?

Need specs to give a more informed answer. Can do it this way, but is without psu, need specific info for that as well like maker+model+wattage and how old the psu is,

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

That looks like bad PSU! Capacitors are not holding charge replace asap.
