Question Turns on, turns off and then back on.

I have a ROG B450-F Gaming motherboard with 16gb of ram (2x8gb) of vengeance ram by Corsair, Ryzen 5 3600 @4.1GHZ. Every time I turn the PC on it boots, turns off then boots to windows. Is this normal? None of my error leds aren’t on so there no error I don’t think

Do you see any error codes or warnings in Reliability History or Event Viewer?
