Question Turtle Beach PX22 Replacement

Hi, anyone knows of a headset that has the same connections as the Turtlebeach px22? Basically i need an USB headset that i can connect to my computer and that has an input to connect my phone with a 4 rings 3.5mm cable; and a switch to select to speak on the pc or the phone.

Budget? You know you can get wireless ones that offer connection to both via Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz simultaneously?

I would prefer a wired headset since i will be using them for working. Budget i would say around $100 (i think i paid around $60 for the px22 a few years ago).
