Turtle Beach PX22 Will not play audio.

My headset does work, it worked a few days ago...
The headset gets power to the in line amp thing. I tried the headset with my iPod and it worked fine but It will not work on my computer. I have Windows 8 if that helps. the only audio I can get from the headset is when it uses the chat volume which is extremely poor quality. My ear-buds for my iPod produce a more clear sound... Please help! 🙁

have you installed the correct drivers for the headset? If it is in fact a usb powered one. And you said it does work with other devices?

Well in that case, it could be your computer, have you tried setting it as the default device? you could search how to do that.
