Turtle Beach Stealth 450's won't work

I have recently purchased the Turtle Beach Stealth 450 gaming headset and after two days of using it, I have run into a problem that won't allow me to use the headset. When I pair the headset to the transmitter, the headset doesn't say "headset paired" like it usually does and after a few seconds of being paired they just turn off. I am very frustrated because I had another one that I returned because it had problems and this one is the replacement. I am very annoyed with their customer service because they haven't responded to me in two weeks and I was hoping one of you would try and help me with my issue. I really like these headphones and don't want to get a new pair, but if I am not able to fix this issue then I might have too. Any suggestions would be appreciated
 
Try pairing the headsets with another Bluetooth audio source.

Try pair some other device with the current "transmitter".

Determine if the problem follows the Turtle Beach 450's or stays with the audio source.

And do verify the source of the headset. Make sure that you are getting real Turtle Beach products and not some counterfeit version.

 


I bought the headset from the Turtle Beach website so I am pretty sure it is the real thing and the headset does not pair via Bluetooth only the transmitter

Possible USB or USB port problem...

Can you try the headsets and transmitter on another computer system?

If they fail to pair again it may well be that you, unfortunately, have another defective set.

Do some online searches and look for similar complaints by other purchasers.

And, in the meantime, someone else within this Forum may be able to provide additional suggestions. No problem with that on my end.

 

I do not believe it to be a problem with the transmitter because the headset pairs with it, but the headset doesn't say anything and it just turns off. If you cannot help me that is fine and thank you so much for trying to help unlike the actual company that I bought it from.
