I'm not sure where to post this but I think you people may find this useful, thats why I'm posting it, to not suffer and not become a paranoid about SSD lifespan, it seems this helped me so far and I will list details below,
My SSD: early model a samsung 250GB EVO 750 (there been far better models of this so it is very unlikely you purchase this today on Amazon etc)
WARNING: This method assumes that your NOT using the Windows Search and it is disabled via Services.msc,
Written Data to SSD that Windows 10 installed on it, (BEFORE)
14.8TB 6/28/2021
Written data to SSD that Windows 10 installed on it, (AFTER)
14.8TB 7/6/2021
I'm not sure if this is a valid distance in terms of writing data on SSD by Windows 10 log files etc but I seen FAR WORSE on my SSD so this is a good chance doing this trick prevented some unneeded log files.
That is what helped me so far and I will let you folks know in a few more days or weeks the results,
6. If your a paranoid like myself, do this on your all drives,
Good luck

- Open This PC (or My Computer)
- Right click C drive or where your windows 10 installed
- Properties
- Upon new window, look carefully below and UNCHECK the following "allow files on this drive to be indexed in addition to file properties" click apply first, you will get a second pop up window about letting you know what your about to do, see "disable indexing" if its this, click YES, you may get a UAC prompt after this or admin warning, click YES/Allow,
- Wait process to finish on a new progress bar window, this will take some time but it will eventually finish so wait,
