Hi when I do the sound check on my turtle beach santa cruz my hardware fales yet the sound works. But when I plug in my head phones they do not it will not do that. Just wondering if anyone has any sugestions on what is wrong with the card and how to check if I am geting full capibility out of it. Thanks.

How can you get sound output if your hardware has failed??? Be more specific. Have you configured your versa jack output for headphone use? Where exactly are you plugging in your headphones, If they're plugged in the CDROM Drives input, you're blaming the wrong piece of hardware for your problems?
