You're missing half the post there, but most likely you're not actually setting them up correctly.

What you need to do is check the actual resolution of the TV panel (if it's "720p" it's usually 1366 (or 1360)x768) and then make that your resolution for that monitor (right click on desktop, click screen resolution). After that, go to your TV's menu and change the "picture size" to either "1 to 1" or "dot by dot" or "do not overscan".

Sorry about that, here is the rest in more detal: So I have recently picked up two of the exact TVs so I could add to my existing monitor. When I open up the "LCD Setup" tab that is not blurry, and when I hook up my Xbox to it, it is perfectly fine too. It is only when I have it hooked up to my pc.

If you have an amd video card, open catalyst control center and change the pixel format to RGB.

LIke I said, you probably don't have it set up properly. Follow the instructions i gave you and it should clear up.

And no, it's not an "rgb" issue, HDMI works just fine in any color format that is supported

Alright, and I also have another problem, I ordered some usb to HDMI, VGA, DVI, etc. When I try to hook up the TV via VGA my computer detects it, but there is no picture on screen.

Your resolution is unsupported. Check your TV's manual for information on supported resolutions.

Alright, I swapped out HDMI cables and changed the resolution to 1360x768 and that cleared it up. Now I just have a ton of overscan, and I cant adjust it in Intel Control Panel.

You will have to read the manual to know how to change the picture size. Some TVs can only have picture size changed from the original remote (for some reason all sharp models I know have that issue), others use "hidden" menus that are difficult to access.

Every once in a while there will be a TV that doesn't support picture re-sizing for god knows why, and then your only option is the overscan settings in the Intel Control Panel.

Pixel format. I had the same problem with HDMI and that fixed it for me. Odds are he is running in YCbCr 4:2:2 format.
