my current 27" dell monitor is dying out .. thinking about replacing the monitor with a TV that will be mounted in wall . The usage will be for standard gaming and to watch movies and dramas

games like destiny 2 , starcraft 2 ,diablo 2 .. Nier Automata

i will still use my keyboard and mouse and controller only for Nier. Distance will be less than 1 meter (from me to wall)

Reason :TV is cheaper compare to larger monitors "60fps" is good enough for me , or am i wrong

question : what are the technical details i need to look into when I'm getting the TV that will work for me

i think you are better off getting a large monitor if you are going to be ~1m from the screen.

i think this calculator understates it a bit and you could easily go a size or so up.

the main issue with tv's is pretty much input lag. if you end up being able to get some more distance from the screen the samsung nu8000 is pretty much the go for gaming at the moment - they have a 49" model. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/nu8000 it is 4k hdr but can do 1080p 120hz (and i think 1440p 120hz) as well as freesync. - and has input lag ~10ms
