TV graphics off the screen. Can't see game scores or News info bars

Graphics/game scores OFF the Screen: My LG with 2160 pushes graphics off screen. Tried changing Zoom-16.9 settings. NO HELP. Read something about Aspect but my tv not set up same as answer discribed. So frusrating to watch a game and can't see the score.

how about overscan? some display cant correct those problem properly, check some config, there should be overscan or manual picture position settings
