Tv into Monitor

Ill make it simple; My TV is plugged in and all the wires are correctly connected to my PC, but when I turn it on, a blurry screen, saying 'no signal'. What im afraid is that it is set to a different channel and since I cannot find any buttons on this TV/Monitor, I cannot set it to the correct channel. Please, help, do I, for example, need to disable all of the Tv Parts in order for it to register and act as a Monitor ONLY? I dont know what to do, so I would like some advice.

You need to change your input in your TV to match where your audio/video cables are plugged into.

I can't... Thats the thing, no buttons anywhere to change it. Is it possible through Hardware?
