TV no signal from pc (HDMI)

my tv isn't getting any signal from my pc, i am using an hdmi cable into the graphics card
Things i have tried:
- restarting
-holding down power button from 1 min
-unplug all power
-take out card and run through motherboard
specs:
i5-6600k
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB
GA-z170-hd3
cooler master g750m

any suggestions??? need help

Do you mean a secondary monitor in the form of a TV or do you mean your primary monitor?

If primary, most likely it's your fake PSU. Thermaltake makes the M750W, Coolermaster makes a G750m. If yours is the G750m, it's a second rate CWT unit. Replacing it with a EVGA G2 650 or Corsair RM650x is a good idea (you can get away with 550W versions if you don't go crazy on the overclocks and internal lighting)

Sorry it is the g750m (https://www.pccasegear.com/products/33274/coolermaster-g750m-750w-modular-bronze-power-supply/) and it is the primary monitor i cant afford to upgrade because i just bought all of the parts i have had them for a week any ideas

Fans don't mean much. I didn't ask before because I would assume everyone is smart enough to do it, but did you make sure to connect the HDMI to the GPU itself and not the motherboard?

Try running the computer without the GPU (and plug the HDMI directly into the motherboard), if that starts up just fine then it's either the GPU or PSU, and my money is on the PSU

In that case the likely culprit is the power supply. Some of the lower tier stuff can't handle the high transients that are associated with modern, power efficient components
