TV OUT

Hi,

I want to watch movies from my computer on my TV. My AGI Graphics card does not have a TV-OUT output. I would like to purchase a PCI card that will allow me to do just that. Can someone please recommend a card that will let me output from my computer using either S-video output or A/V component? I found this card, but not sure if it will output to my TV:

TV-Wonder is an INPUT card, not an OUTPUT card. If the moivies are in MPEG/MPEG2 (aka Video CD and DVD) format, an old DVD decoder card would be perfect for the task, showing only the movie, not the desktop, on the TV. I have a couple if you want to try that.
