If drivers are required, the Xpod device manufacturer will have them on it's website, that's the best I can do because I haven't a clue who the manufacturer is, nor does a search bring up any useful links.

If it's a TV card I suggest you replace it with one from a well-known manufacturer who has good customer support on the web.
