TV Tuner Card save to HDD

I need a TV tuner card that will be able to record major channels like CBS in HD if possible, I do not need to be able to watch them live just next day and stuff like that! I have an Nvida GTX 650 if tha makes a difference. I do not however have a sound card so if there is one that does not require one that would be great because I have only 1 PCI slot.

If all you have is one available PCI slot, then you could look at this Hauppauge PCTV HD 800i. The main thing you need to remember is that it has an ATSC (digital) tuner for over-the-air broadcasts.
