TV tuner card

I am using win7 Os and I wanted to use PCI intex SAA 7130 TV tuner card but device is show in device managers as multimedia controllers but when I install driver its show SAA7130 device not found gives the solution sir

According to manufacturer's product page, that model TV card isn't supported on Windows 7 or higher.

The supplied drivers are only for Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP - - - those drivers don't work on Windows 7, that's why the device cannot be detected.

You will have to buy a TV card that comes with Windows 7 drivers.
