TV tuner for 9600XT/TVD

I'm considering buying an ASUS 9600 XT/TVD card (not that Tom had any influence on me ). Anyway, the ASUS website seems a little confusing to me when it talks about the "digital VCR" function that comes with the card. It talks about TIVO like functions, including switching TV channels.
The thing is that there is no TV tuner on this card. Any ideas on what the 'real' capabilities are? Perhaps the software has a way to change channels if you have a seperate TV tuner card? Someone please 'unconfuse' me.

Guess I should have looked at the latest article about the Compro Videomate Tv Gold Plus before posting my question. I feel stupid now
