Question TV Tuner not detected

I am using Sichbo to watch TV via my usb tuner. However every time I launch Sichbo I have to take the TV tuner out and put it in another USB socket in order that sichbo detects it. Why is this and how to I correct it?

Wild guess this thing doesn't have proper W10 driver.

I have a mygica TV tuner and using Sychbo sogtware. Every time I want to use this for watching TV I have to move the tuner to a different USB socket. I have the latest Windows 10 driver for the TV tuner from Sychbo. WHy would it do this and how do I cure it?

You should check this with your tuner' vendor.

For tests:

• What happens if you simply restart your PC?
• What happens if you completely shutdown (power off) and restart your PC?
• What happens if you uninstall the tuner from the Device Manager?

They say they have no knowledge of Sichbo software. (and Sichbo have no support other than a subscription service)

If I restart my computer I have to move the tune to another USB socket tfor sichbo to find it.

Switch off - same as above

If I uninstall and re-install we get back to the same situation

How do I get alerts to replies here only just seen this from a month ago.
