Tv tuner with lcd a blue line appears left of the lcd

when i use lcd tv tunner after some time a blue line appers on left side of lcd moniter and when i connet lcd with cpu the blue line gone in 3 minute.

Sounds like your TV has a defect. If under warranty, I suggest you return/replace it. Likely a heat related problem. Not really something you can fix.
