Tv vs monitor

Hello.I have a question about if performance changes with different displays.What I mean is if playing on a really big 1080 p TV is any different with fps than if playing on a 28inch 1080 p monitor (does size of a display change fps?)

FPS depends only on resolution, nothing else.

1080p is 1080p. monitor(or tv) doesn't affect FPS

Well hold on while the resolution is the same you may want to check the input lag for the TV, also may you want to make sure the TV has a chroma value of 4:4:4, this make texts much more readable. While those don't affect FPS they can affect game play and visuals.
