Question TVCenter rev. 6 from Pinnacle

Hello,
I installed the Pinnacle dual sat PCI 4000i in my windows 10 computer and also their TVCenter rev. 6 . Everything seems to work fine except that the tvcenter crashes when switching channels and sometimes just on its own. The event viewer says the error is: .NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.9035 - Fatal Execution Engine Error (79530BAE) (80131506)
It is more likely to crash after it has been on a while. At start up I can switch channels, no problem but after a few minutes of being on it will not let me switch.
Their support seems to be non existent..
Ideas?

Can you please try uninstalling and then re-installing .NET Framework 2.0 as explained here and see if it helps?

If the issue persists, you can try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command and let Windows 10 detect and automatically fix the error.

Sorry if I am a bit late responding.
I tried reregistering the .net framework 2.0
It did not help
I do not have a Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 RTL x86 enu comment so that stops the other trials.
Scannow has no anomalies to report.
Installing DVBviewer solved the issue. I do not now if it also uses the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 but it works great.
