Was that the guy he was whining at, during the GTX 1080 launch event?

BTW, I'm pretty sure they planted some professional audience members, during that event (like the type they use in "studio audiences" of TV shows). Some of the reactions you could hear were too cartoonish to be from anyone who actually knew their stuff.

Nicely sums up my thoughts about that event. It was the first & last Nvidia launch event I'll ever have watched.
