what are hte best settings one can use or tweaks to get best fps?
outside and inside of hte games

Depends what's limiting your fps in each game, CPU or GPU. Each are impacted by different settings.

i have a
i7
gtx 180
32 g ram
and i lack 20 to 10 fps in some games

Which i7? There are 7 generations and I guess you mean GTX1080?

Use a program like MSI Afterburner to record what you pc is doing during games, you can then work out if any CPU cores are maxing out of its the gpu.

yes i mean 1080 i just always blend that with the resolution of 1080

does msi afteburner use too much process power or any at all?

MSI Afterburner uses a tiny amount of pc resources, you would struggle to measure it.

my msi mb has an app for power but the app doesnt even open propperly.... i will try to install the mb drivers and se if it changes anythimg but i suspect like last time it makes it worse..
