Twice BIOS Logo / Long time to power on

Hey people!

I bought some new hardware for my PC, but I'm having some trouble. When I turn on my computer, the BIOS logo appears twice. Actually, it seems that the PC tries to turn on, and then try again.

I'm not an expert, so I don't know if this is hardware issues or configuration.
These are my specs:

  i7 6770k
  ASUS Z170 DELUXE
  32GB Dominator Platinum
  ASUS ROG STRIX 1080 OC

I use two HDDs, which it's a 512GB Crucial SSD for the Windows 10, and another 4TB Barracuda Pro just for storaging files.

I would like to get the fastest boot I can!

Turn logo display off and you will be able to see what's going on during BOOT. Few probable causes: PCIe not set as primary display adapter or Right disk (SSD) not primary BOOT disk. May have to set those things manually.
