Okay so I placed an order on a 290 on shopblt set to be in stock on the 26th for $420. On newegg, with the masterpass you can order this twin frozr 780 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127746 for the same price. With mantle and aftermarket 290s coming, this decision is killing me. Should I cancel my order and lose my spot in line for the 290 and buy the 780? Should I hold out and hope that aftermarket 290s come out before my stock 290 ships, cancel the order then and get one of those? Or just stick with the 290 I ordered.

With all the current AMD cards being sold out, I thought it would be a good idea to reserve a spot in line for cards coming in on the 26th and I can cancel my order any time before then, like if aftermarket boards come out or if I want a 780. I just need help deciding which path to choose.

Even with aftermarket 290s and mantle coming? I'll have to wait and see if they stop the game bundle with the 780 because it doesn't let you have the $50 discount with it.

Without the masterpass discount I'd have to go with the lightning for $500 since the twin frozr sold out.

Can I get some proof or reasoning? I can get a 290 for $420 or lightning for $450.
