Twin Frozr V problem

Hello everyone I'm looking for someone who is using msi gtx 960 or have some xperience with twin frozr V.

So the problem is:

I'm afraid of damaging my gpu because gpu fans starts spinning only at 50°C or sometimes even at 55-60°C.

My question is if its safe to use gpu at 50°C or even playing games and waiting until gpu fans starts spinning.

Because i dont want to cause any temperature damage to my gpu.

Is it possible to make my fans spin all the time and remove the auto cooling function?

It's ok the temps are safe... But in msi afterburner you can switch from what temperatures you want the fans start...
