Twisted my CPU cooler so it was properly aligned with case. Do I have to re apply thermal paste?

I have a cryorig h7 cooler and an i7 7700k processor. I built the PC about three months ago and today I was looking through it to make sure everything was good and I realized the h7 cooler was kind of sideways so using a fair amount of force I shifted it so it was properly aligned straight. My question is do I have to re apply thermal paste? Could I of bent a CPU pin? I have been looking at my temperatures and I don't know what they were before to compare. In csgo it goes to about 60 C with slight spikes to 65 it is about the same temperature in GTA 5 as well l. Any help or comments would be heatedly appreciated

Solution
If you twisted the cooler slightly and not lifted it... the thermal paste should be intact... If you did not lift the CPU from the socket it's impossible to bend socket pins. CPUs tend to heat up in summer so if temps are high where you live, that may explain the 60ºC, and the & 65ºC spikes. To try and run it cooler you may want to disable the Windows and BIOS fan controls to make the CPU cooler fan run at full and constant speed for maximim cooling.

Check the Windows Control Panel > Power Options > Power Plan > Change Plan settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > Processor Power Management > System Cooling Policy > Setting: Passive to run the CPU cooler fan full blast. Try it for a while checking the CPU temp...

And if necessary, go into the BIOS and find the power options to disable cooler speed management. Settings depends on the motherboard so go to the mobo manufacturer, model product page; > Support > Downloads > User Manual... and find the BIOS information on what settings to configure to disable the cooler speed controlls.
