Recently I purchased a BenQ XL2411 monitor to improve my gaming experience. My old 60hz mointor is now my secondary display. Since upgrading my ability to watch Twitch clips and streams has become very limited, although I am not certain that my problem is linked the new refresh rate. Twitch clips are affected the worst, I click a link to one load it up on either monitor click play with the whole clip buffered and it won't play with any fluidity. The audio is fine but the video continually speeds up and slows down to point of where I have no idea what is going on. The only semi-fix that I have found is to watch them on the lowest quality option but even then some clips do this stupid stuttering. When watching actual livestreams I get 1000s of dropped frames over just a couple minutes of watching. This is all happening in Chrome 64 Bit. Interestingly clips play fine in Edge on all quality presets but obviously I don't want to switch to Edge just to watch Twitch. Any fix would be appreciated.
