[SOLVED] Twitch stream minecraft w/optfine & shader packs - Which CPU is recommended?

Title says it all. These are the current specs of a friend. Her stream pauses and I'm wondering if the CPU is underpowered for this task. Thank you for you input.

streaming: 720p @60 FPS

Makaveli Capture card? No. She's both gaming and streaming from a single PC.

Update: Switching from some unknown shader pack to Seus solve the problem. That and also she previously have it set to 4K resolution. I'm not sure if it was the game, or the stream set to 4K, but it's safe to assume that it was a the game or shader pack itself. Thanks for listening.
