The title is backwards. They are making changing to INVITE and ATTRACT aquisition. They were closer but failed. Everyone uses but nobody wants twitter, at least or above the IPO price of $26.

They should do something about periscope. I quit using it as all I saw there was guys eager for sex and girls eager to get naked, just bad environment. Just telling my experience, can't speak for every user.
