[SOLVED] Two (2) Architect's Builds

Hello Everybody!
I've initially started a different threat, but I have since marked the best answer and starting this one.
Reason is that quite a few part choices have evolved and changed and both (my self and my friend/partner) are will to invest more $$$ for these builds.
What you see below is what finalized part that I came up with to the best of my knowledge, but it is open for discussion.

Please consider software we use:

• Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
• Rhinoceros 3D
• We use rendering and animation softwares as well

I have two questions:

1. This is to the best of my knowledge, so is there any better part swap that you would suggest?
2. Will the power supply I chose right now be able to connect to the mother board and the video card?

Looks pretty solid in terms of part choices. The Ampere based Quadros are great selection. To answer your queations...

1. Overall good for the budget. For better parts you might have to stretch the budget.

Would you also take a look at this post? I really need a verification or critique from someone knowledgeable like you.
Long story short will my build benefit in any way (like for rare gaming that I could potentially do) from having Intel Core i9-12900K vs i9-12900KF while having a Quadro card? (other then for diagnostics purposes)
