Two 4 Gb units cause BSODs, both working fine on their own. They were working together so far with no problem.

Hello everyone!

So I upgraded my memory to 8 Gb 3 months ago, and 2 weeks ago I started getting BSOD-s, and restarts without BSOD. Here are the reports.

I tried removing the memory units, and changing slots, but the system's only stable if there's only one installed. I also ran a memory test that didn't find any errors.
And again, they worked fine for 2 months, there were no HW changes, and the OS is the same.

The memory units are:
Samsung 4GB DDR3 /1333 M378B5273CH0-CH9 CL9-9-9-9
Samsung 4GB DDR3 1333MHz SAM4G1333/2568UL CL9
Specs are: Windows 8.1 i3-2120, Gtx 750 Ti, Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3.

Can you help me solve this issue?

Sound s like the DRAM just doesn't want to play happens all the time, it's never a good idea to mix DRAM out of different packages (even of the same exact model), best to get a package of the full amount you want and sell the old - put it in another rig - or try it it with the new, if it will play it's a bonus
