I'm considering getting an s340 elite for my first water cooled build. I'll be using an aio CPU cooler, I haven't decided which yet. I was considering getting an aio GPU too. Possibly a gtx 1070 sea hawk x which has a 120mm fan. Would I fit the sea hawk x, and cpu aio and general fans in the case? If so, what configuration would work best? Thanks.

The S340 Elite and non Elite version are identical in the locations for mounting the fans/AIO's. They are at the front with a dual radiator while the rear will accpet a single 120mm AIO. So logically your GPU's AIO radiator will go at the back(not the top since you'll face motherboard and ram clearance issues) while the CPU's AIO radiator should go at the front.

Might I suggest the NZXT X62 for the CPU?

Oh and about orientation, set the front fans to intake while the rear and top fans should be in exhaust. This will help maintain your temps.
