Ok. Let's try this. Take a look at the image above. If the PCI-Ex16 slot in your motherboard lines up with the third case expansion slot, then there won't be any issues. The exhaust ports and the DVI-D output would align with the fourth case expansion slot.

If the PCI-Ex16 slot in your motherboard lines up with the fourth case expansion slot (as pictured), there is no place for the DVI-D output or the exhaust ports (there's no fifth case expansion slot).

Hard to say. It looks like you have an old BTX style motherboard/case. If the graphics card expansion slot on the motherboard lines up with the right-most expansion slot on the case as seen in the image, then no. You cannot use a double-width graphics card as there is no expansion slot in the case for the secondary graphic card outputs.

is an expension slot a bracket? or pcie slot ?

:??:''the right-most bracket slot on the case, then there is no room for the second line of outputs on the double-wide graphics card''
you mean for a second card or what?
buutttt can i remove that yellow slot because the card gets in the black one , ifear that the yellow slot might be higher than the black one and it wont let the ard sit cuz it will be fat

Take a look at this image. This is a double-wide graphics card. As you can see there are two columns of outputs. As it would be installed into your system, the left most column would have the DisplayPort, HDMI and DVI-I outputs. The right-most column has the exhaust grill and the DVI-D output.

The pins for the graphics card (which are installed into the motherboard's PCI-Ex16 slot) are directly below the left-most column of outputs. If the motherboard's PCI-Ex16 expansion slot is aligned with the right-most expansion bracket in your case, then you can see there is no place for the exhaust port or DVI-D output in your case.
