two brackets gpu's

does every mini tower pc handle dual bracket gpu?
i ask because some people say my pc wich is mini tower wont handle dual bracket gpu's!

PS: i wanted the gtx 750 non ti and consider the yellow pci slot (wellow one) if its not gonna let the card slllide in smoothif not can i remove it?

Hard to say. It looks like you have an old BTX style motherboard/case. If the graphics card expansion slot on the motherboard lines up with the right-most expansion slot on the case as seen in the image, then no. You cannot use a double-width graphics card as there is no expansion slot in the case for the secondary graphic card outputs.

The expansion slot on the motherboard is the PCI-E slot. If the PCI-E slot lines up with the right-most bracket slot on the case, then there is no room for the second line of outputs on the double-wide graphics card.

buutttt can i remove that yellow slot because the card gets in the black one , ifear that the yellow slot might be higher than the black one and it wont let the ard sit cuz it will be fat

If the motherboard's PCI-Ex16 expansion slot is aligned with the right-most expansion bracket in your case, then you can see there is no place for the exhaust port or DVI-D output in your case.

That's a single bracket card, but the heat sink and cooling fan extend over. You need to make sure that there is nothing in the way of the cooling fan.
