[SOLVED] two brand new ram sticks dead or incompatibilty?

motherboard: msi b450m pro m2
cpu: ryzen 5 2600
gpu: rx580
ram installed: Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR4 3200MHZ 8GB CL18
ram bought: HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 3200Mhz PC-25600 CL16

I bought a new ram stick because i needed more, but i couldn't find the same exact model, so I went to one as closed as I could.
The first ram stick was detected as a 2400mhz instead of 3200. but if i put out the old stick and leave only the new one, i cant even get into bios, the pc wont boot.
The second ram stick is completely dead.

Do you guys know about any compatibility issue with mobo I didn't realize, or I should just assume it came wrong again?

No it doesnt. The old one works in both.

Last version is several months old, already have it.

Try clearing the cmos and try the module again. If it doesn't work, check the qvl and if it's on there, it's doa so warranty time.
