PC seems to be frying/corrupting my SSD's

during heavy loads my pc got super slow, freezed, then crashes. when i boot up again the SSD will start to load windows but then get a super glitched out blue sceen. First broken SSD wouldn't boot at all and. Usually it has no issues apart from getting really slow when the is RAM i maxed out. The only drive effected seems to be the OS drive.

both SSD's were connected via sata to the MOBO

proior to the first SSD failure i did get RAM bluscreen occationally and had to repair the OS with a boot drive twice this last year

what is going on?! Mobo temps are at about 42c (107f) although before my new fans the PC did shut down a couple of times due to heat. (CPU heat i think) Is the powersupply killing them? is the maxed out ram killing it?

no dump file but i can get into bios if that helps

Parts:
asus b450m-a ii
650w PSU (bronze rating)
rx5700xt
ryzen 2600 oc'ed to 3,9 (now undone)

cpu temp maxes out at 83 during prime tests, sits a little lower while gameing. turning it of now has no effect as the drive seems allready dead

Cpu shuts of at 95C which it has done 2-3 times before i got more fans

what leads you to believe that it is the drives that are actually failing?
cant read the data. after the first SSD died and i reinstalled an OS on a new drive it couldnt read the data on the old drive. im not a 100% sure they both dead. second one is atleast trying to boot but goes to blue screen while the first wouldnt boot at all.

what does it show?
this drive could've just suffered severe data corruption and may need to be formatted again.

it's possible that the SATA power out from the power supply or the SATA data in to the motherboard isn't functioning properly.
did the second failed drive use the same connections as the first?

in the bios the second ssd drive is there but boots to blue screen.

ive tried different sata cables and different sata ports.... i dont have an extra PSU cable to test sadly. Not sure if the second ssd drive used the same sata in the mobo or not

the other HDD i have connected to the PSU and mobo er doing completly fine though
