Two capacitors are missing...

Is there anybody know how can i replace two missing capacitors on 3770K chip? What are their ratings? Despite the fact that they are disappeared the cpu fully functional. How is that possible? What are they responsible for?

The image explains what the CPU capacitors do (power delivery to die)... I don't think there's a way you broke them off or that they broke-off in your posession... The CPU is probably out of warranty... is it?... if so, I don't think there is a way to solve the issue short of replacing the CPU... but if it's working flaulessly, you'll have to forget it. As you can see in the image, the 4th generation Intel Core processors have around 150 capacitors, the original i core (probably 1st gen) had around 50 and your's (3rd gen) has around 100... so a couple less capacitors shouldn't make much of a difference.

i did see the drop mark on top right of your processor, also some bad scratches on the left side caps.
try strest test program like prime or linpack, dont overclock your cpu and test it.
if its stable then it is good...
