Two computers on 1 machine

Hi, My bro's computer just now died. Its dead burned nothing can be done about it.
And I have a preety powerfull machine and about to upgrade it to an even more powerful machine.

Is it possible to host computers with their own monitors keyboard mouse and audio on my desktop? So you will have practically two computers working side by side? Possibly even with different IP's?
