[SOLVED] Two Corsair Memory Kit Compatibility

I currently have a CMK32GX4M2E3200C16 Corsair Kit (2x16GB 16-18-18-36 3200).
They are getting sparce and prices are increasing. A new model, the CMK32GX4M2E3200C16, is a corsair kit with 2x16GB 16-20-20-38 3200.
Will they work correctly together or should I seek out the same model.
I know you can technically mix and match sometimes but I'm just being precautious.

you could mix and match, but getting it to work on xmp? it's a hit and miss.
