When I open CPU-Z,The Memory setings for one module says
200Mhz-2.5-4-4-7 the other says 250Mhz-3-4-4-8 which is what its set at in BIOS???Do I have a bad stick of ram??

Under the "Memory" tab in CPUZ, there should only be one speed and one set of timings. These are the current speed/timings that all your RAM is running at. You are likely looking at the wrong tab.

Yes thats correct..but my question is shouldnt these "Dual channel Memory kit" sticks be the same. Under SPD where it shows both sticks they have differnt timings and frequency's. I thought that they should be matched pairs(the same).Am I wrong? I can handle the truth

Matched pairs should have the same characteristics. Under the SPD tab, check to see if the part numbers are the same. Would also be nice if serial numbers are sequential. Seems odd that you would have multiple values under the memory tab.

Sure doesn't sound like they're a matched pair. Was it an "open box" purchase?

Thats what Im sayin....Not "open box". Came in factory sealed pack! Will check serial # and part # when i get home tonight. Waiting to hear back from Patriot teck support E Mail at this point also. Doesnt sound like "matched pairs" to me
