Two different brand memory sticks wont boot the PC

one day I woke up and decided to upgrade my PC and bought another 4GB but from crosair this 1 -> http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-16gb-single-module-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz4gx3m1a1600c9.html
and when I put them together Dual channel PC will boot till windows load up and then it reboots, Separately they work fine but i just cant make them work together.

any thoughts for the reason? If you need info from bios do tell

my motherboard is P55A-UD3 and it supports it far as i recall

Should never mix DRAM in DDR3 if 1600 or above - things like this can happen - here though try raising the DRAM voltage to 1.55 (maybe 1.6 and they will probably play nice
