Two different kind of RAM in the same mobo

So,i have a GA-Z77-DS3H and it has 4 DIMM Slots and i putted 2x2GB Kingston KVR1333D3S8N9/2G in 1 and 3.And i wanted to put 2x4GB KVR1333D3N9/4G in 2 and 4 slots.Will i have a performance drop instead of having the same?I could always use 8gb from 2x4gb KVR1333D3N9/4G but more RAM is always better

As long as the speeds and latency on the modules are the same you should be fine.
